Cause we went to Medieval Times! (Get it? Clever, I know)
Luckily my wife really enjoyed the surprise. Couple of things I wondered while watching the show:
-how exactly do they recruit these guys that play the knights, and is growing your hair Fabio-style a prerequisite?
-how much do they get paid?
-was that black dude that played a Knight considered historically accurate?
-imagine how much better the atmosphere would've been if the arena wasn't only half-full?
-was that photographer who kept asking us to buy his crappy photos considered a Medieval Latino?
-when the horses were doing their tricks, did anyone else think that they looked like they were having seizures?
-do the people there like their jobs, or do they feel ridiculous/degraded play-acting?
-did I really just eat half a chicken?
Either than that, good times!
