Do I need one in my field? That is, instead of doing inspections, would I want to, say, teach Food Handler Courses and review literature and whatnot? Is the grass really greener on the other side of the pasture?

I used to watch the Raptors religiously, even when they sucked. Seems I don't have the same excitement anymore. But just note that if they ever get a championship-calibre team, I'm not going to be a bandwagoner because I was (and still am) with them from the start.
