Aside from the stunning use of alliteration, that is the description used by one of my operators I gave a yellow to today. Apparently he thinks his restaurant is a world-class establishment. I don't. Now he says he is going to complain to the Chairman of Peel Region, Emil Kolb. Wow...instead, maybe he should, I don't know, clean up his restaurant instead. Argh. Sometimes I love my job, but sometimes it's really frustrating.
