Well that was a hectic day...gymed it, lots o' work (including a not-surprising PA...meh), Ikea, driving in crazy snow conditions, garbage, shoveling, laundry.
Maybe I shouldn't have done the complete opposite of today yesterday and spread it out a bit?
I'm nothing if not bi-polar, going from one extreme to another
