So part of the fireplace install involves getting my chimney capped. Called up a guy who would do that, along with some brick pointing.
I can do this myself and save some major $$$, right?
I mean, a two story fall isn't that bad, right?

Watched the show New Girl starring Zooey Deschanel. Yeah...looks like I found my new Rory (unsuprisingly, they both look very similar)
