Yee-uh! Completed the platform for the fireplace. Of course it took me much longer than I would have hoped for, but, well, since when do I do anything regarding renovations fast? I'm happy I got it level.
(It should be fine, but I'm worried though that my gas guy will tell me that it doesn't pass the minimum distance requirements to the walls. Well, we'll see. Yikes. Speaking of which, he was supposed to come today but he was a no-show. That's another thing I'm worried about)
