Ironic name for the party though because when we got there, the house was anything but warm (the windows were opened).
But the house was nice and it was nice hanging out with the friends.
I also might have eaten too much. Couple that with the fact that I have a 5km race in a few hours...yeah...yeah...

Fireplace is coming along! Drywall up...a million other things left to do (including, you know, figuring out exactly how to finish the dang thing :S)
