It's Like New Feet

Well, sort of.  Getting my orthotics adjusted really does wonders for not getting blisters.

So I promptly did what I usually do:  I overdid it.

Jogged for 23 minutes in the morning (I'm dead in May), and played ball in the evening (I'm dead tomorrow).

I really hope my knees hold up
